ACMS is a full-service construction management and consulting firm with offices in Louisiana, Texas, and North Carolina. We are licensed in 6 states and qualified to work in 13 total. Our company provides consulting expertise on damaged commercial buildings nationwide. We are experienced in furnishing independent property loss estimates and supportive documents for the insurance reconstruction process, greenfield commercial construction, commercial property phase improvements, and litigation support for any of the above.
We have a diverse team of professionals trained in estimating, impact to business, project management, construction consultation, and legal support. The value of our team's education and diversity of experience allows us to determine the full scope of restoration needed following a catastrophic event.
We are trained, experienced, and understand all damages caused by perils such as water, wind, hail, and fire. We know how to mitigate the effects of these events in both reconstruction and greenfield projects. In our experience there is essentially no insurance restoration loss or commercial construction project that our team is not equipped to perform and document.
Reconstruction Process
During the initial visit to your property, our experts fully assess the damage, determine what can be restored and what must be replaced, then discuss the recovery options with you. We will try to carry out as much of the work in your home as possible however some of your contents (if covered under your policy) may need to be taken away for restoration. After our experts identify any health & safety issues, we will address specific requests you have.
