His love for fishing and storytelling, and life shared between Louisiana and Texas, reflects his professional ethos—rooted in tradition, yet adaptive and expansive.
William “Cory” Foster,
President
Cory Foster, President of Operations at ACMS and a key member of the strategic development team, brings extensive experience in strategic planning, process control, construction risk management, and cost analysis.
With over twenty-five years of experience, Cory has successfully led teams to complete multi-million dollar projects efficiently, under budget, and ahead of schedule, especially in disaster restoration, applying innovative strategies for resilience and sustainability.
Outside of work, Cory enjoys golf, live music, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Rosa Foster,
Director of Operations
Rosa Foster, the Director of Operations at ACMS, expertly manages the financial aspects and plays a pivotal role in the Strategic Team. With over twenty years of experience managing financial challenges within the manufacturing sector and governmental agencies, Rosa has honed her skills in disaster restoration.
Her work focuses on enhancing the efficacy of project financial strategies, compliance, and safety protocols, ensuring ACMS' projects surpass industry safety and efficiency standards.
An MBA graduate from Wingate University in North Carolina, Rosa is an avid traveler who cherishes time with family and friends.
Allie Vargas,
Operations Manager
